Stumbled upon Marta Gerber’s blog, “What Should I Eat for Breakfast Today,” and couldn’t resist recreating her Café Bombón post!

In conclusion, while the recipe calls for equal parts espresso + sweetened condensed milk, we found that just a big dollop of milk would do and poured in the espresso until it reached the rim. Thanks Amanda for your espresso making skills!
